Our old farmhouse cottage, where we resided for 15 years, has had another facelift and is now fully booked for the foreseeable future. HOWEVER...the 'Empress Suite' in our main house here is now available for limited bookings, from 1 - 7 days stay. 

​

The Empress Suite in our main house is a large bedroom attached to a large bathroom with open/walk-in shower. Rainwater and great pressure. There are two single beds only - one is King size, both have great mattresses. There is a small comfortable sofa, TV + DVD, large desk/chair, plenty of room and great views. Plus your own private entry/exit to the garden.

All linen/towels supplied. Tea/coffee available in the shared kitchen. BYO all your own food. 

​

Absolutely NO dogs or pets allowed except for horses. There are paddocks right outside the house, so feel free to glamp over with your horse and go for rides in the beautiful bush surrounding the property. Safe, plain wire/outrigger fencing. Hay available on request. (But BYO feed for horses as well.)

 

No smoking. No open fires/camp fires in Bushfire Season.

COST : $130 per couple/two persons, per night. $20 extra for each horse. 

​

Children under 16 yrs are free, 16 and over is adult price, but please bear in mind there are only two single beds.

We're worth a look in. We are right on the Munda Biddi cycle trail (from Albany to Perth), and we're also on the Warren-Blackwood Stock Route (part of a network of horse riding trails). Our road is also part of a recommended local tourist drive due to the area's natural beauty.

The cottage is set on 95 acres of bush and pasture. We currently have a herd of 9 horses, plus 2 dogs. We also have Guinea Fowl who wander the property as our security and pest control officers. We have a large, clean dam near the cottage that is great for paddling in/swimming if you wish. Lots of great walks and rides on farm and off. Plenty of wild flowers and wildlife - in particular birds - to see. Plus we have several magnificent old growth trees including a King Karri.

We are approx. 12 mins drive from the beautiful town of Nannup. We also have plenty of info on local tourist stops, sights to see, etc. 

 

If you wish to stay....remember you will need to BYO all food and drink. Kitchenware/crockery all supplied in shared kitchen. NO MICROWAVE, sorry.

We do have two lovely (unpowered) camping spots, however...there are no facilities available for these and if you wish to camp you must be fully self-contained. We are a farm, not a caravan park. No toilet facilities available. You must bring your own portable toilet. Cost for camping : $25 per night pp, or $40 per couple. Towels, chairs and table available on request to make your stay more comfortable. You can swim in our main dam.

We can accommodate horse trucks, floats, caravans and/or tents. We have the space. 

​

Short bush walks with Wadi Farm horses (on foot), available for additional $35 per person. Or $60 pp for a one hour walk. Bookings essential.

​

If you want a little 'down' time and some peace and quiet, come for a farmstay visit. We are a working property. We are happy to take bookings for most of the year although some time is blocked out for family and local events.
