We have two rooms in our main house available for limited bookings at limited times during the year, from 1 - 7 days stay. One room has a King single (adjustable bed), the other room has a double and a single bed. Firm mattresses. ​

COST : $160 + GST per person, per night, in the main house.

All linen/towels supplied. Own open shower/bathroom and toilet, next to bedroom. Tea/coffee available in the shared kitchen. Laundry facilities and internet connection available. BYO all your own food.

​

Children under 16 yrs are free, 16 and over is adult price. We request that children be supervised here at all times. 

​

Absolutely NO dogs or pets allowed except for horses. There are paddocks right outside the house, so feel free to glamp over with your horse and go for rides in the beautiful bush surrounding the property. Mud maps available on request.

 

No smoking. We are closed for camping during Bushfire Season, which is Feb - March here. ​

We do have two lovely (unpowered) camping spots, however...there are no facilities available for these and if you wish to camp you must be fully self-contained including your own portable toilet. We are a farm, not a caravan park. No toilet or shower facilities available for camping. Cost : $25 per night pp, or $40 per couple. Towels, chairs and table available on request to make your stay more comfortable. You can swim in our main dam.

We can accommodate horse trucks, floats, caravans and/or tents. We have the space. 

​

Short bush walks with Wadi Farm horses (on foot), available for additional $44 per person. Or $77 pp for a one hour walk. Bookings essential.

​

One horse = $20 per night. Pasture, well fenced paddocks, good water. BYO additional feed, ask about hay availability. No other pets.

We're worth a look in. We are right on the Munda Biddi cycle trail (from Albany to Perth), and we're also on the Warren-Blackwood Stock Route (part of a network of horse riding trails). Our road is also part of a recommended local tourist drive due to the area's natural beauty.

The cottage is set on 95 acres of bush and pasture. We currently have a herd of 8 horses, plus 1 small dog. We also have Guinea Fowl who wander the property as our security and pest control officers. We have a large, clean dam near the cottage that is great for paddling in/swimming if you wish. Lots of great walks and rides on farm and off. Plenty of wild flowers and wildlife - in particular birds - to see. Plus we have several magnificent old growth trees including a King Karri.

We are approx. 12 mins drive from the beautiful town of Nannup. We also have plenty of info on local tourist stops, sights to see, etc. 

 

If you wish to stay....remember you will need to BYO all food and drink. Kitchenware/crockery all supplied in shared kitchen. NO MICROWAVE, sorry.

If you want a little 'down' time and some peace and quiet, come for a farmstay visit. We are a working property. We are happy to take bookings for most of the year although some time is blocked out for family and local events.
